Overview

The Disney team came to us with the challenge of transforming a conference room into an inviting space that fostered employee interaction and community, but with a short lead time and flawless guest experience. We accomplished the task which lead to more events across different locations and offices, all with the intention of fostering employee engagement across networks, divisions, and locations, while also increasing internal capacity.

The Challenge

We were challenged to develop experiential activations that were fun, engaging, thoughtful and of course, within budget and lead times. Each event and activation was unique, so we engaged our in-house creative teams to produce themed experiences that felt exciting and new.

The Solution

We designed and produced a range of creative activations, from interactive lounges and pop-up events to themed screenings and immersive employee engagements, all while adhering to tight deadlines and budget constraints.
